A FEW PICTURES TO SHARE

Hello, prim friends!  I wanted to pop in and wish you all a happy weekend and share a few pictures of what I have been up to.  It’s been really chilly here in Michigan and the last days of fall are quickly going by.  I’ve been working on quite a few basket orders and I want to thank all of my wonderful customers.   I’m also working on some Christmas primitives.  After the first of December I won’t be taking any more orders for baskets so that I can enjoy this special time of year with my family and friends.  I’ve only bought one gift so far so I have got to get busy on my shopping list.  I have lots of baking to do as well.

Here is a family picture of Gwen, Miah, and our grandsons that was taken last weekend.  I love the background of this picture and of course Kohen peeking over Mom’s shoulder.

Gwen, Miah, Liam & Kohen fall 09 Here is a picture of Grandpa and Kohen taken last week.  Kohen is wearing is little “BOO” t-shirt.  Simon and Kohen When I was in Pennsylvania visiting Kath last month we went to the Whistle Stop antique mall.  I found this antique sausage stuffer for Simon.  He makes all of our bratwurst, Italian sausage, polish sausage and when he is lucky enough to kill a deer we always process it ourselves.  He was lucky last night & shot a doe with his bow.  I simon & sausage stuffer did get pictures of him with his deer but didn’t think you would care to see them. blackened beeswax Santa closeup I’ve been making alot of beeswax Santas that I have been selling and I got a few of these primitive angel stockings done.  This picture was taken last Christmas but I have about 6 of these made this year.prim angel stockings I made this primitive snowman from a Primitive Pear pattern.  It is sprinkled here and there with mica flakes & the baby is attached on a stick.  They are both wearing chenille scarves from an old bedspread.snowman from primitive pearThis is a fun cross stitch pillow I just finished.  It is a Lori Brechlin pattern from Notforgotten Farm.  It is 8 inches square and heavily aged with coffee stain.  I backed it with a drab green/brownish wool.  I am thinking of putting it on my selling blog ~ just not sure.dirty snowman pillowcloseup of dirty snowman pillow christmas pinkeep with snowflakes

Lastly is this small pinkeep with Christmas and just a few snowflake motifs.  The rosemary is some that I grew & dried this year.  Hopefully next year it will produce a little bit more.  Love the smell of it and love cooking with it.  I also dried alot of orange slices last year for tucking here and there in bowls, etc.

Thanks for stopping by.  Not sure when I’m updating my selling blog.  Like I said I am working on basket orders & next Wednesday I have a luncheon & shopping date with a few of my friends.

I am so grateful for my blogging friends.  You are all truly on my gratitude list.

til next time,

Pam

Kohen is such a cutie! Grandpa sure looks proud of him.

I was showing my hubby the picture of the sausage stuffer and now he wants one. He makes our own sausage too when he gets lucky enough to get a deer.

All your stuff looks great. You have definately been busy.

Pam, you have been one busy gal! I really like the Christmas Cross stitch - very antique looking. I worked at the basket shop this morning (no school here today) trying to get the inventory closed up for the season. My stove wasn't pumping out the heat and I decided I'd had enough when I couldn't write anymore due to freezing fingers. Enjoy your weekend. ~Ann

I love the first family picture so much. The leaves are all over and the trees with their fall leaves across the bridge are wonderful!

I'm with you, I have so much to do. I haven't even bought one Christmas present AND on top of that I start a "seasonal" job tomorrow night. This might end up being a mistake for times sake! But the extra money for Christmas will be nice.

Love all your crafts Pam!

Have a great weekend,
Robin~♥

Hi Pam, that couch is navy with a red and cream MINI print. It is so beautiful, just not my colors or I would have brought it home! It still has the tags on it. The original price was over $2,000 and it wouldn't fit in my customer's home when they delivered it! Wouldn't you just cry??? Have a great Sunday, Dawn

Pam, everything looks great! I love rosemary too and have a huge bush of it in my backyard. It stays green all year long here and is considered an evergreeen. It makes the sweetest little purple flowers several times a year too. In fact, it is in bloom right now.
I love to brush past it and get that smell and I also use it to cook with. It's one of my all-time favorite herbs!
Great photos! The baby is growing so fast!
Have a wonderful week!

Hi Pam. Our Little House is about 10 minutes west of Tawas near Sand Lake. Did you say you were near Gaylord? Have you been to the shop in Cadillac lately, any good holiday goodies? Can't wait to get up there and do some holiday decorating! Wish we could meet one of these days somewhere in between. Talk to you soon, Dawn

Hi Pam,
Hey sorry that I am just getting back to you! You asked on my blog if I grow Rose Hips... I don't. But as soon as we move out to the country I will. A little town by us (Sumner) has some cute little prim shops and one of them were selling these outside their shop. Maybe when you come over to visit your daughter you can visit this little town. IF you do, you have to get a hold of me, I don't live too far from Sumner.
Take care Pam and have a lovely Thanksgiving week!
