TEXTURES AND COLORS OF MY HOME
Greetings prim friends or peeps as Linda would say. This is a long post but all pictures and very little words ~ the best kind, hey?? It's pouring rain here and I mean pouring and my neck is hurting a little so I'm not into crafting, so thought I would join in the challenge Carolyn threw out to share textiles of our homes. I know Jenn from Taylors Farmhouse attic did the same thing awhile back. Such a fun thing to do on a rainy day. I took over 100 pictures but pared it down so I didn't bore you all to tears. I threw in a little of this and that. Enjoy & please let me know what you think.

I don't think anyone would be bored to see all 100 of them! Absolutely awesome! I can't even pick a favorite! They are all so good! I hope you enjoyed doing this as much as I did. I definately enjoyed seeing your's! Thanks so much for participating!

I saw lots of good stuff there that only us prim gals would identify! Loved it Pam. I am with Carolyn, we would love them all. Maybe another post is a comin? I am working on a project now but had to rest my neck and arm for a bit so thanks for the entertainment while I took this short break!! LOVED it all!

I really enjoyed this post. Sometimes we overlook the beauty in a piece simply because it is gathered together with other pieces. A few pictures I had to look real hard to figure out what it was, like the washboard, but most of them, like Linda said, "only us prim gals would recognize." I'm gonna look around my home today and see if I can find as many interesting colors and textures as you did. If I can I'll post 'em. Have a wonderful day! Hugs, Loretta

I'm so loving these texture posts and yours was no exception! I love all the colors and textures. So many leave me guessing and so many I know right away what they are. I'm inspired to give this a try too!

Hi Pam - This is so much fun, love all your textures. I'm going to have to get my camera out soon too! You'll have to do it again when you get all of your fall things out. Not sure when I'm going to decorate at home, maybe I'll do it even though we will be moving! What the heck? Isn't this weather something else? Sure haven't had much of a summer!
